I offer individual counselling for adults both for in-person and virtual formats, providing flexibility to support your comfort, needs, and schedule.
Initial Assessment
Available in-person or virtually, the initial session is an opportunity for us to begin getting to know each other. We’ll explore what’s bringing you in, what feels most important right now, and what you’re hoping for from therapy moving forward. If this is your first appointment, please select this option when booking.
Individual Therapy
Ongoing therapy is available in-person or virtually and is tailored to your needs and goals. This space can support you in exploring patterns, emotions, relationships, attachment, stress, life transitions, and deeper internal experiences at a pace that feels right for you.
Session Lengths
I offer both 1-hour and 1.5-hour sessions.
