  • The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other. I’ll ask some questions to better understand what’s bringing you in and what support you’re looking for, and you’ll have space to share at your own pace.

  • There is no set timeline. Each person comes to therapy for different reasons and with different goals. Some people come for short-term support around a specific issue, while others choose to engage in longer-term work. It’s also common to take breaks when needed. We’ll regularly check in together to ensure the pace and direction feel right for you.
